Bill Barry has been active listing and selling residential, multi-family, and small commercial Portland area real estate for 20 years, and during that time has built a reputation of “can-do” with his many friends and clients. Bill had work experience in retail management and remodeling/construction project management which led to a natural progression into his real estate business.

During his many years in real estate, Bill has been active in PMAR, the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, serving as its President in 2000.  Bill also served on the Board of Directors of RMLS, the Regional Multiple Listing Service currently serving on Rules and Regulations Committee, and served for 4 years on the Board of Directors of NAR, the National Association of Realtors, and on the Board of Managers for OREF - Oregon Real Estate Forms Corporation 2006-2009, serving as Chariman in 2009. Bill Barry has earned the GRI designation, ePro, At Home With Diversity, and SRES designations. Bill was awarded the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors,  2013 Realtor of the Year.

In his free time, Bill is a member of the Royal Rosarians, a service organization proclaimed by the Mayor of Portland the “Official Greeters” and Ambasadors for of the City of Portland, an active support member of the Portland Gay Men's Chrous, and very involved in Portland Rose Festival.  Though Bill finds himself busy with work and volunteering in his Church, Christ Church Episcopal Parish in Lake Oswego, he also has a passion for event and portrait photography.
